AUSTIN, Texas — October 10, 2023 — Interplay Learning, the leading provider of immersive skilled trades training, announced today the availability of an expanded range of OSHA safety training, along with Certified Pool Operator® (CPO) training and certification. This expansion includes OSHA 10 (general industry) and OSHA 30 (construction industry) training, available in English and Spanish. These additional offerings help solidify Interplay Learning as a one-stop-shop solution for companies seeking streamlined management of skills-based training, safety training, and industry-based credentials.

Designed for tradespeople, the Pool and Hot Tub Alliance (PHTA) Certified Pool & Spa Operator (CPO) certification teaches techniques and skills for proper pool operations. To ensure the highest quality education, Interplay is partnering with Sherwood Pool Consulting Group Inc., distinguished experts in pool and spa industry training, to deliver the training and exam. This partnership will provide Interplay customers nationwide with access to the CPO course virtually and in person at a discounted rate.

Interplay’s expanded offerings of OSHA safety training will help businesses further safeguard their teams and provide the information they need to work more safely and effectively. Workers can access on-demand video-based exam prep courses, study materials, knowledge checks, and assessment exams to help them earn their OSHA 10-Hour (general industry) Card or 30-Hour (construction industry) Card.

Interplay customers can now simplify their administrative processes with centralized management, easily assigning OSHA training to workers, monitoring completion progress, and tracking exam pass/fail status––all from one trusted, user-friendly dashboard. This streamlined workflow can free up time for managers and supervisors to focus on what they do best – growing the business.

“At Interplay Learning, we are committed to empowering businesses and workers with the skills and knowledge they need to succeed and thrive,” said Doug Donovan, CEO and founder of Interplay Learning. “Our expanded OSHA safety training and Certified Pool Operator (CPO) certification programs provide convenient and effective options to help our customers safeguard their teams and help workers gain essential safety and operational skills.”

Interplay is partnering with CareerSafe, a best-in-class OSHA-authorized online outreach training provider, to provide OSHA 10 and OSHA 30 training and assessments.
