Andrew Kauser
COO, ITI an Interplay company
Andrew is the COO of Industrial Training International (ITI) and has over 20 years’ experience in the management and implementation of advanced education programs. With a special interest in industrial skills training, Andrew guided TPC Training Systems to become a market leader. He currently sits on multiple boards and is the past Chair of The International Association for Continuing Education & Training (IACET). Andrew’s history with ITI goes back a number of years, with him officially joining the company full time in 2021.
Amanda Long
Sr. VP – Industrial, ITI an Interplay company
Amanda Long drives customer success by identifying needs, providing tailored ITI solutions, and fostering global growth. With extensive experience managing relationships with major industrial companies like ExxonMobil, Bechtel, and Shell, Amanda delivers impactful training to enhance safety, efficiency, and ROI. Starting as a Crane and Rigging Instructor at AICB, she advanced to ITI, the leader in load-handling education. Amanda holds a BS in Poultry Science from Texas A&M University and is an expert in instructor-led training, virtual reality solutions, and industry regulations.
