Meet The Speakers

Todd Harding
Todd Harding is the Global Rigging Manager at Bechtel and a licensed Professional Engineer in Texas with a Civil Engineering degree from Texas A&M. With 20 years of industry experience, Harding specializes in complex lift planning, crane operations, and heavy rigging. As a member of the ASME B30 subcommittee and the NAMA Board of Directors, Harding actively contributes to the development of industry standards and best practices for lifting and rigging operations.

Jonathan Parnell
Jonathan Parnell is a second-generation leader at ITI, following in the footsteps of his parents, who founded the company. With a Civil Engineering degree from the United States Military Academy, Parnell served five years as an Army Officer in the Engineer Corps before earning a Professional Engineer (PE) license in Missouri. Currently, Parnell is the SVP of Product Development at ITI and the Senior Director of Engagement Services at Interplay Learning, focusing on advancing industry training and innovation. As a member of the ASME B30.22 subcommittee, Parnell contributes to the development of critical safety standards in the lifting and rigging industry.
