Pennsylvania Tech Center Preps Confident Students for Entry-Level HVAC Roles
ICTC’s HVAC/R program integrated Interplay Learning into their training program to improve retention, increase performance, and reduce costs.
With challenges such as scaling course instruction, student competency, time-consuming tasks, and risking damage to expensive equipment, Indiana County Technology Center decided they needed to use technology to appeal to a digital-first generation and better prepare students for the workforce.
