Interplay recently formed its first Executive Advisory Board to expand, enhance and provide additional value to the commercial HVAC market. Members were hand-selected based on their industry expertise, diverse backgrounds, company size, and location.  Interplay is committed to innovating alongside its customers and is leveraging the board’s thought leadership to:
  • Identify industry trends and market needs.
  • Address challenges impacting skilled trades organizations.
  • Evaluate and shape the future direction of Interplay’s products and services.
The board meets quarterly and has already made great strides to identify immediate market needs that are influencing Interplay’s Course Roadmap.

Jonathan Lemons is the Operations Manager at The Brandt Companies, LLC., which designs, builds, services, and retrofits energy-efficient building systems. Having been with the company for almost two decades, Jonathan has impressively worked his way up from Service Mechanic to Service Contractor, Fleet Coordinator, Service Rental Equipment Coordinator, and Service Supervisor.

Seth Martin

VP of Operations, Four Star Mechanical

Seth Martin is the VP of Operations at Four Star Mechanical, a full-service Commercial, and Industrial HVAC Installation and Service Provider in Hamilton, OH. Over the last 15 years, Seth has been involved with many levels of the HVAC industry, cutting his teeth on summer duct sealing. Seth is an experienced executive project manager with a long history of working in the construction industry and is skilled in sales, sales management, team building, and contract negotiation. Seth is a strong business development professional and holds an MBA focused on accounting from Grand Canyon University.

Alex Nason is the General Manager at Commercial Service Group and has been in the commercial HVAC industry within the central Virginia area since 2015.  Alex runs the commercial side of James River Air, a premier HVAC, plumbing, and electrical company with 200+ employees.
