Is your company continuing to grow? Are you able to keep up? The Solar Training Program gives you access to sim based training courses including Array Installation, Electrical Installation, Site Survey, Electrical Commissioning, Mechanical Commissioning, and Troubleshooting.
Time is money, right? So, don't waste time training inefficiently. Our training allows you to learn troubleshooting skills and then repeatedly practice in a life-like scenario. This helps you learn more quickly and efficiently because you retain more information. We all know that practice makes perfect and that's why 3D simulations and Virtual Reality training are so impactful. You can learn more, retain more and experience more in a shorter period of time.
Each simulation not only can be played via a desktop or laptop, but also each course is Virtual Reality-capable allowing you to fully immerse yourself in a learning experience never before witnessed. Don't have a VR headset? No problem. Our training works on desktops and laptops as well.
Help your solar professionals understand their potential with your company and in the solar energy industry. Interplay’s training software tracks directly with potential career paths in the solar energy industry to promote professional growth for them and drive business results for you.
Mark Mrohs has developed the entire curriculum development of the Solar Training Program. Before building Interplay's Virtual Reality enabled training, Mark led the training for SunEdision and before that, SunPower. For the first time, Mark's training is open to all in the industry and has now been amplified by Interplay's technical capability and online workforce training experience.
The Solar Training Program has a straight forward pricing approach. $19 per seat per month. Select how many people you want actively training in the Solar Training Program and purchase that number of seats. When someone completes the training or if they leave the company, replace them with a new learner.
Each user gets access to all courses available in the Solar Training Program. Courses will continue to be added and each learner will get access. 2018 will see the launch of Safety Sims, Tool Identification, Energy Storage Install, and many more.
